This leading Organisational Development, Wellness and Coaching organisation with over 20 years' experience is seeking a Strategic Consultant (Business Development) reporting into the Chief Operating Officer. As a Strategic Consultant you will strategically lead client solutions which can include taking the lead role in facilitating cultural transformation and leadership development at the top level with client organisations, consulting, facilitation, top-level executive coaching.

The Opportunity
- Uncover and manage to conclusion new business development opportunities
- Facilitate strategic level culture strategy and leadership workshops
- Undertake executive coaching of senior ExCo level leaders
- Facilitate transfer of client intelligence on each project including coordination from Associate Consultants to internal delivery team
- Consult to determine client's unique needs and pull together relevant solution
- Play lead consultant role on strategic projects, overseeing design, delivery and specific client requirements in collaboration with COO
- Thought Leadership
- Internal leadership/role modelling/quality control

About You
- Proven Business Development proficiency - ability to listen deeply, formulate relevant solutions, write compelling proposals and influence outcomes
- Tenacity and organisation skills to ensure BD opportunities are systematically pursued and managed to conclusion
- Advanced process facilitation capability at the most senior executive level in both leadership and cultural transformation
- Developed executive coaching capability
- Business acumen to enable the development of a detailed appreciation of business context in multiple clients and industries
- Deep knowledge around leadership, culture and organisational change and the multiple levers required to build high performing cultures
- Analytical thinking - to uncover issues and dynamics at play and connect to leadership and cultural realities within any given business
- Deep emotional intelligence and relationship skills
