**About the Company**
Our client is an established Australian organisation experiencing transformation and change. Working as part of a team of ER professionals and in partnership with the wider HR team, you will provide end to end expert ER advice, coaching and support across the whole organisation.
**Key Responsibilities**
Partnering with senior stakeholders, you will provide best practice advice across all ER matters ranging from employee grievances, performance and disciplinary matters ensuring the right outcome for the employee and business. You will assist with preparation and responses to support matters before Fair Work Commission with a high level of integrity dealing with sensitive and complex matters.
**What you will bring**
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience supporting senior stakeholders and the business on high level, complex and sensitive matters with a positive outcome. It is essential that you have dealt with a broad range of ER matters with a passion for ensuring quality employee relations outcome. You will ideally have a degree qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
