**The Position**

This role allows you to work in a fast-paced and thriving team while offering you a challenging yet rewarding permanent. As the Customer Service & Procurement Administrator, you will be responsible for customer service, production and planning, purchasing, sales order processing, logistics and warehouse operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

- Review stock requirements for overseas products monthly
- Monitor & approve supplier invoices to ensure correct pricing & quantities
- Update product and warehouse forecast on a monthly basis
- Convert sales forecast into a production plan and PO’s with suppliers
- Oversee production/delivery from contract suppliers
- Maintain stock levels of finished goods in all warehouses based on sales forecasts
- Real time transfer of stock between warehouses in stock management system.
- Annual review to minimise costs
- Track days to dispatch for each warehouse; Open sales orders, daily.
- Review freight prices monthly and update product costs as required

**Skills & Experience**

In addition, you will also have:

- Knowledge and experience with manufacturing, logistics & procurement
- Monitor & approve supplier invoices to ensure correct pricing & quantities
- Experience in the use of spreadsheets and data analysis
- Computer skills - logistics, Excel, CRM and accounting packages; word
- Use and develop systems to minimize errors
- You will be motivated with a customer focused attitude
- You must have a high level of verbal communication and interpersonal skills
