TPT Wealth are looking for an experienced administrator to join the team in our Hobart office. Our Investment Administrators provide support to the activities of the Operations area of Wealth Management, Taxation and Trustee Services.

**As an Investment Administrator with TPT Wealth, you will**:

- Complete administrative duties including transactions for clients and other areas of TPT Wealth
- Arrange & record investments/redemptions with Fund Managers
- Administrative maintenance support duties for our estate planners, accountants and financial planner
- Conduct other reconciliation requirements as directed
- Client and provider phone based interactions

**About you**

Like all of our team you would be self-motivated, a confident communicator and a people person who wants to make more possible for our people. Ideally you will poses the following skills:

- Experience in a high-paced administration role
- Excellent time management skills
- Work both independently and in a team environment
- Use your initiative and hold a desire to grow and learn
- Clear and accurate correspondence skills - verbal /written
- Computer skills, including data entry, Microsoft office skills, specifically excel
- A basic understanding of financial investments, accounting and estate planning would be desirable
- In depth knowledge of the Trustee Industry.
- Knowledge of CGT implications in regards to trusts, estates, and corporate actions
