**About the role**:
This In this role you will be responsible for managing the strategic marketing relationships with customer programs and relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner to enable management to make strategic, informed decisions for the company.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Leading and developing strategic relationships with key program partners and suppliers
- Collaborating with Marketing and Finance teams to identify and develop opportunities to build customer loyalty in priority consumer segments
- Maximising commercial performance and, in consultation with Head of Customer Programs, Finance and channel stakeholders, assist in managing performance to achieve key performance indicators
- Effectively communicating customer program marketing initiatives to relevant internal and external stakeholders including providing guidance to the consumer sales channel to support in-store communications
- Drawing upon your ability to engage cross functional teams for buy-in and support of all related initiatives and projects to deliver and execute an integrated marketing plan

As a problem solver, you will demonstrate the ability to understand business requirements, assess needs, provide advice to relevant stakeholders.

As a strong communicator, you will build effective relationships to ensure a high level of collaboration is maintained across the business.

**Key skills and experience**:

- Tertiary degree (B Commerce, marketing) is desirable, but not essential
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience within loyalty and program management
- Strong supplier and program management experience
- Proven strategic thinking and marketing expertise
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent communication and proven experience in building relationships
- Ability to manage time and workload independently while managing multiple priorities simultaneously to deliver quality output
