Reporting to the Group Organisational Development & Diversity Manager, you will be integral to ensuring we meet our equity & inclusion legislative requirements. But more than compliance, you will be given the opportunity to bring our inclusive culture to life and embed it across the organisation.- Champion equity & inclusion priorities.- Collaborate and lead the delivery of ongoing equity & inclusion activities.- Maintain and analyse data to ensure the effectiveness of our initiatives.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Experience working in the specialist area of equity and inclusion.- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Change or related fields.- Understanding of Healthcare and/or Aged and Community care would be an advantage, but not essential.

- Creative, resourceful and adaptable, you have an ability to work with diverse groups of employees and thrive in a team that upholds values of compassion, hospitality, respect, innovation, stewardship, and teamwork in everything we do.- Approachable and engaging, you will enjoy achieving results through people.- An excellent communicator, pro-active, empathetic and able to convey information so that it is easily understood.- Detail oriented, you enjoy working with data and know how to draw actionable insights from it.- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to diversity and inclusion.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- A current Police Record Check
