**ABOUT THE ROLE:
- We are seeking a passionate and experienced Equity & Inclusion specialist to play a key role in the delivery and successful implementation of a range of leading plans, strategies, policies and initiatives pertaining to equity and inclusion.
- Located at our Support Services office in Richmond within the People, Learning & Culture Department (and working remotely as required), this permanent full time opportunity will see you lead the coordination and implementation of Mercy Health’s leading workforce equity and inclusion based initiatives across gender, accessibility, flexibility and much more.
- In addition, you will collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) to further embed Mercy Health’s organisational wide narrative on equity and inclusion.
- In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to enhance knowledge and awareness of responsibilities related to equity and inclusion and contribute to the regular review and development of policies and processes with an equity and inclusion lens to deliver measurable and sustainable results.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- You have a genuine interest in and commitment to Equity and Inclusion in addition to:

- Prior experience working in the specialist HR area of equity and inclusion
- Proven ability to collaboratively engage with a range of stakeholders
- High level of attention to detail
- High standard of verbal and written communication skills is essential
- Successful completion of a HR related undergraduate degree.
