**About the Opportunity**

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Food Service Assistant to join our hospitality team on a permanent part-time basis**.**

You will work as part of our team, providing quality nutritional and balanced meals for our residents. You will support Staff with meal serving general food preparation, kitchen duties, stock control and continuous improvement activities. You will be responsible for ensuring all food service activities are completed in accordance with Food Safety Plan (FSP), Allity Food Standards.

**We have several shifts on offer**

**Week 1**
**Friday Saturday & Sunday 0645-1415hrs**
**Week 2**
**Friday 0645hrs - 1415hrs**

**Week 1 and 2**
**Tuesday and Wednesday 0900-1430hrs**
**The above shifts can be taken up as one role or 2 seperate roles**
**We also have shorter shifts in the evening**
**1600-1900 and 1630-1930 hrs across the weekdays and weekends**
- A current Safe Food Handling Certificate (or ability to obtain)
- Previous experience as a Food Service Attendant is highly desirable
- Aged Care experience will be highly regarded
- Previous commercial cleaning experience also highly desirable
- Current COVID Vaccination Certificate
- Knowledge of good hygiene practices
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Please note: Our recruitment process involves the completion of a national police check._
