We have a wonderful opportunity for an individual who is keen to enhance their experience in the HR field across a diverse organisation.

**About the role**

This role plays a key component in partnering with divisions locally providing recruitment coordination and general HR assistance for our hiring managers to support our continued growth.

Along with recruiting for a variety of positions, the role entails full involvement in the onboarding process through to the delivery of induction and providing support with workers compensation claims and the return-to-work program. No day is the same in this role, as such there will be an opportunity to further enhance your skills and knowledge with performance management and new employee engagement initiatives and projects.

**About you**
- Tertiary qualification preferred in Human Resources or a relative discipline
- Tertiary qualification preferred in Human Resources or a relative discipline
- 2 years’ minimum experience with end-to-end recruitment. Consideration will be given to applicants who are recent graduates who can demonstrate reasonable work experience
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to influence
- Good attention to detail and a confident communicator
- Enjoys having fun at work and working alongside a supportive team
- We will consider a Graduate for this role
