**About the opportunity**
We are expanding our **Waterloo** store to integrate Rogerseller with our Winning Appliances and Spence & Lyda stores into a brand new showroom.

**What your day to day might look like**
In this role, you will ensure our customers receive the best service when it comes to fitting out their dream kitchen, bathroom or laundry by:

- Building relationships with customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service
- Providing information about brand offerings and product features (full training and support will be provided to empower you to do this)
- Participating in regular team meetings and product training

**Qualifications**:
**A bit about you**
You are passionate about delivering a five-star service for customers. Ideally you will have some prior experience in retail, hospitality, travel, design, or anything involving customer support. Even if you don't, we would still love to hear from you as long as you are interested in our industry and committed to providing a great customer experience.
- Flexible availability (including weekend days as required)
- Clear communication skills (both verbal and written)
