**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in security, law enforcement, or military roles.
- Experience in hospital or healthcare security is highly desirable.
- Experience in control room operations, surveillance equipment, and emergency response.
- Experience in patient care or safety is beneficial.
- **Certifications and Licensing**:

- WA Security Officer License required.
- Cert II in Security Operations and First Aid Qualification required.
- CPR and First Aid certification is essential.
- **Physical Fitness**: Must meet the physical demands of the role, which may involve standing for extended periods, walking, and responding to emergency situations that require physical exertion.
- **Clear Background**: Clean criminal record and completion of background checks.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies, conflict resolution, and manage stressful situations effectively.
- High attention to detail and ability to accurately document incidents.
- Driver's License (for transportation between various locations or in case of emergencies).

**Schedule**:

- Part Time, with flexible shift availability, including:

- 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
- Morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts
- Weekend and public holiday availability
- Shift work required
