**Role Overview**

We are currently seeking **experienced Crowd Controllers and Security Guards** to join our growing team for a range of events and hospitality venues across Perth. This role suits individuals who are confident, presentable, customer-focused, and capable of maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons and staff.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide crowd control and patron safety at events, bars, pubs, clubs, and festivals
- Perform ID checks, entry screening, and RSA monitoring
- Diffuse and de-escalate potential incidents professionally
- Maintain a strong presence and proactive approach to security
- Report incidents, complete logbooks, and follow site procedures
- Liaise with venue managers, event organisers, and patrons
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing and venue policies

**Requirements**:

- **Current WA Security Officer & Crowd Controller License**:

- **Provide First Aid & CPR Certificate** (HLTAID011)
- **RSA Certificate (WA)**:

- Minimum 6 months crowd control or security experience
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and observation skills
- High level of personal presentation and professionalism
- Availability for night shifts, weekends, and public events

**Desirable (Not Essential)**
- Experience in high-profile events or licensed venues
- K9 handling, NV1 clearance, or tech-savvy (e.g. CCTV use)
- White Card or construction site clearance
- Leadership or head doorman experience
