As the face of the business this is a key role and requires someone with a positive and friendly personality, excellent customer service skills and a confident friendly phone manner.

**Your responsibilities may include**:

- Greeting visitors as they arrive in the building and ensuring they receive a warm welcome, excellent customer service and friendly assistance
- Answering phone calls in a proficient and timely manner, redirecting calls and taking messages as required
- Office administration tasks as required

**Essential criteria**:

- Construction industry / Residential home building experience preferred
- Friendly and approachable with outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to liaise with staff and customers in a professional manner at all times
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Well presented with neat and tidy dress
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Organised, able to prioritise tasks and deal with changing priorities
- Flexible and comfortable with constant interruptions (phones, visitors)
- Helpful and solution-focused
