You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday). - **About this work area**- IKEA Food Co-worker As an IKEA Food Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Ensuring your area is efficiently maintained in compliance with Food standards by keeping it clean, organised, attractive and inviting to provide a positive customer experience. Food preparation, cooking, serving and customer service with a focus on food safety, controlling waste, and following production levels and cooking methods. Processing dishes and maintaining the washing up area and machines whilst supporting and maintaining the cleanliness of the customer restaurant. Active selling, cash handling, operation of ovens & fryers. Fulfilment Operations Co-worker As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs. Handing out Click & Collect orders, organising delivery and solving any order issues customers may have such as Delivery fails. Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers. Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues. Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks. Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse. Sales Co-worker As Sales Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions. Actively participating in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth. Maintaining a clean and organised sales area, ensuring all products are properly priced and fully stocked. Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Customer Co-worker As Customer Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Greeting visitors to IKEA by providing friendly, effective, and efficient information for customers. Securing that all products passing through the entrance are paid for. Supporting other areas of Customer Relations including resolving customer service issues, maintaining shopping tools (shopping baskets, trolleys, and yellow bags) and catalogues. Supportin
