- Capable of working independently with general direction
- Have a hands on and dynamic personality, be able to work in a fast paced team environment
- Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do
- A safety first mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling

The role also may include serving in our Restaurant, Bistro, Cafe. Training is included where no two days will be the same.

**Responsibilities**:
As IKEA Food Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Preparing, presenting and serving the highest quality food to both our customers and co-workers.
- Complying with strict IKEA Food and HACCP policies and daily operational routines around quality and food safety hygiene and cleaning.
- Supporting other areas of IKEA Food where needed to ensure annual goals and targets are achieved.

Together as a team

A key role of the Kitchen Operations team is to prepare and serve food, including our world famous meatballs and Daim cake, to both our customers and co-workers. Daily routines include preparing and cooking for our customers and co-workers as well as following food safety guidelines.
