Our Enterprise Architecture (EA) Team focuses on Domain target architecture, business and technology strategy, as we define and drive the architectural outcomes and roadmaps required to meet our long-term business aspirations and outcomes today and in the future.

We set the technology direction of the group and work with the business to develop the roadmap on how the reference architecture is delivered.

We support initiatives in validating the solution decisions and support our design and engineering teams to ensure domain architectures are incorporated in the detailed design of solutions. And we work with our IT Operations and Service Management Teams to ensure closed loop learnings on the implemented architectures.

**In this role, you will**typically**:

- Lead an Enterprise Architecture Domain to develop the strategies of enterprise architecture and roadmaps development.
- Make recommendations, gain approval s, and develop implementation strategies for new technologies.
- Evaluate and recommend product selection to ensure that organisational goals for security, reliability, and performance are achieved.
- Establish standards, processes and procedures to ensure best practices in solution architecture, to ensure high quality deliverables.
- Provide expert advice to solution architects and business partners on solution architectural designs and options.
- Manage delivery of Enterprise Reference Architectures to guide strategic investment.
- O versee projects both within and across domains to ensure consistent delivery and alignment to Group objectives.
- Design and implement Architecture governance processes
