**A Day in the Life**

As a member of our Front Office Reception team at our prestigious 5-star resort, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. We’re looking for individuals who are proactive, bring a can-do attitude, and consistently deliver service that reflects the highest standards of exceptional hospitality.

**Duties include..**
- Check in and check out members
- Answering and re-direction of calls
- Assisting with requests and general enquiries
- Guest accounts reconciliation
- Provide exception guest experience

**We’re looking for**
- Experience in a 4-5-star hotel or resort
- Opera knowledge would be an advantage
- A desire to deliver a high level of customer service
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Team player and works well under pressure
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
