**The Opportunity**

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for **Structural Revit Draftspeople** to join our dynamic team at SCP Consulting. This role, based in our Sydney office, offers the chance to collaborate with a talented group of engineers and drafting professionals in a supportive and engaging work environment.

**As a mid-level drafter**, you will work closely with engineers and the broader team, contributing to exciting projects and potentially working autonomously. **As a Senior drafter**, you may take on the lead role on projects, overseeing junior drafters and offering guidance to support their development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Translate information from engineers, clients, and other experts into high-quality detailed drawings.
- Self-check your work and guide junior draftspersons in their tasks, ensuring all work meets company standards.
- Produce models to the required LOD for each project, adhering to LOD 300 minimum standard unless otherwise specified.
- Ensure the quality of drawings as the Lead Draftsperson on projects.
- Collaborate with Job Managers, taking the lead on projects and coordinating the efforts of junior team members.
- Participate in coordination meetings, providing input and direction on project design.
- Issue drawings and upload them to web-based document control systems.

**About You**
- Proficiency in the use of Revit.
- Experience in commercial, high-rise, or industrial projects.
- Qualifications in structural drafting, civil construction design, or a related field (preferred).
- A minimum of 3-10 years of local experience in structural drafting, with the ability to take on a more autonomous role.
- The ability to document and manage all parts of a project with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work collaboratively with the team, meeting deadlines and supporting team efforts.
- Previous experience with BIM requirements, Dynamo, and Revizto (preferred).

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
