**Role**
In your new role, you will be reporting to the Regional Human Resource Manager and responsible for developing and delivering a range of HR activities and providing support to HR operations. As a HR Business Partner, you will oversee the HR processes, performance management, policies and procedures, learning and development.
**About you**
- Ideally a bachelor’s degree in HR, sociology or related discipline
- Ideally bilingual in English and Chinese/mandarin.
- Previous experience in the HR or Recruitment field
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Familiar with basic office software
- Self-motivated and independent
