**About the Role**

We are currently seeking an **Program Administrator** (also referred to as a **Project Coordinator**), you will support the delivery of key organisational programs and special projects. Your work will ensure services run efficiently, meet quality standards, and align with our mission of inclusion and empowerment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate, create, and monitor progress of programs and projects
- Provide high-level administrative support across teams
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and data tracking tools
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure collaboration and alignment
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Manage contracts and program variations, including negotiation and review
- Respond to enquiries and resolve issues related to programs, services, or contracts
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and other professionals to meet strategic goals
- Advise senior management and support the implementation of key decisions

**About You**
- Proven organisational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience in project coordination or administrative support roles
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
- Understanding of, or interest in, the disability services sector (highly regarded)
