Join our small, dynamic team. The successful applicant will have a strong customer service focus, possess great communication skills (written and verbal), and be capable of multitasking.

We need someone in the office to be able to do the digital printing, to impose and print jobs from files supplied. We also require that person to be able to talk to customers about production techniques, and decide whether digital or offset is best for their product.

Your daily duties will include liaising with customers regarding their design and artwork requirements, prepare proofs and follow up with changes.

The job would also require the employee to:
- learn and use the quoting software to work out the most efficient way to be able to produce work,

decide how to impose jobs to best produce jobs, manage files and make sure that the files are correct from when they are supplied so we can pick up issues before they arise. Use basic design programs like Illustrator, Indesign and Acrobat.

Merge Excel spreadsheets, use Acrobat to adjust and create files for foiling and embossing blocks, order die cutting knives, write a design brief from a conversation with a customer.
