**About You**
You are a dedicated, compassionate, and driven individual who shares our commitment to making a positive impact in the disability care sector. Your skills and experience, whether in research, business development, or operations, are essential assets, including:
- Knowledge of the NDIS industry, with experience in NDIS compliance
- Previous experience in scheduling, compliance, and administration support, which will be well regarded
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- A high level of organisation and attention to detail
- Willingness to work as part of a small team, be adaptable, and demonstrate a commitment to learning and innovation in your role
- Strong computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, PDF, and proficiency with cloud platforms like Google and Microsoft

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Compliance**:
- Overseeing daily operations of our disability services programs to ensure compliance with NDIA regulations, policies, and relevant laws;
- Managing end-to-end intake of NDIS applicants and participants, including sign-up and exit processes;
- Rostering appropriate support workers to meet individual Participant needs; and
- Invoicing for rostered and completed shifts in a timely manner and reconciling payments for these invoice.
**Team Leadership and Development**:
- Managing and supporting a team of disability support workers, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management; and
- Developing and implementing strategies for Participant recruitment, retention, and expanding new programs across the current client-base.
**Service Enhancement and Stakeholder Collaboration**:
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and client outcomes; and
- Collaborating with external stakeholders such as community organizations, and support coordination providers to enhance and streamline referral pathways.
**Quality Assurance and Documentation**:
- Ensuring that appropriate quality assurance processes are in place and service standards are met; and
- Ensuring all documentation is accurately and comprehensively completed in Mycarehub's databases and software programs in accordance with organisation policies and procedures and legislative frameworks.
**Administration and Efficiency**:
- Managing initiatives that will contribute to the long-term operational excellence of the organization;
- Ensuring all business operations are carried out in an appropriate and cost-effective way; and
- Office administration tasks, including printing, scanning, uploading documents, client compliance, employee compliance, etc.
**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual
**Salary**: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
