Service Technician

Bilby3D is an industry leading organisation with over a decade record of providing 3D Printing Solutions to the engineering, design and education sectors across Australia and New Zealand.

We are seeking a 3D printer technician to join our progressive, diverse team at our new expanded headquarters in Kingsgrove.

You will be trained to service and repair 3D printers, and work with customers in our ticketing system and on the phone to keep them printing.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Repair and Service 3D Printers. Mostly in our new tech department, occasionally onsite
- Help customers with their questions and issues via our ticketing system and on the phone
- Support our sales team with answers to their technical questions where appropriate
- Keep the tech room clean and orderly
- Keep clear, concise documentation in our systems

**Your Background**
- Experience in supporting IT products highly regarded
- Self motivated and professional outlook
- High level of attention to detail
- Car License

**Salary**: $52,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
