We are seeking a **Contracts Management Specialist** based in Port Melbourne in a full-time, permanent capacity. This role is based 100% onsite. Reporting to the Senior Finance Leader you will be working collaboratively to ensure that all contracts are managed effectively and any changes are communicated across the business.
The role will have a procedural focus with involvement in business impact assessments. Key to your success in this role will be your ability to manage contracts, competing priorities, to quickly build knowledge of Boeing policies and procedures and develop key relationships across the global organisation.

- s Authority to prepare, negotiate, execute, interpret and administer legally binding contractual agreements of a complex nature for The Boeing Compan
- y Summarises complex contractual issues, and leads development of creative solutions and coordination of contractual risk mitigatio
- n Continuous improvement; updating, simplification and alignment of procedures applicable to contracts and business operation
- s Provide contractual advice to the business and leadership tea
- m Monitor and report enterprise performance metric
- s Ensure compliance to government and customer policies and regulation

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience)**:
Tertiary level or equivalent qualifications in law, contracts, procurement, logistics, engineering, business management or other related disciplin
- e Strong negotiation and influencing skill
- s Typically 5+ years proven experience in Contract Administration, Contract Management, Legal, Procurement or Business Managemen
- t Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstrated experience of customer/supplier interaction. As well as the ability to liaise with colleagues of all level
- s Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is essential, as well as strong decision making and problem solving skill
- s The ability to perform with mínimal direction to support diverse and urgent customer need
- s Ability to work with urgency and deliver to commitments whilst being able to work in challenging condition
- s Experience within a complex manufacturing environment or global enterprise, highly regarde
