**About the Role**

We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a passionate and motivated **Junior Delivery Coordinator** to join our **Peter Warren Ford **team**. To succeed in this role you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment carrying out practical and hands on activities.

**The role will involve the following**:

- Assist with facilitating the timely delivery and handover of newly purchased vehicles to customers
- Assist the Delivery Coordinator with processing of all paperwork related to the registration and delivery of vehicles
- Work well alongside the sales team to ensure best customer experience
- Be the face of the dealership for all customers that purchase from the dealership
- Experience in the Automotive industry or in Customer Service is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow processes and ensure accuracy
- Must show ability to be organised and structured in their daily work
