**Your new company**
This established and reputable NFP organisation has OSHC services across NSW. Their well structured management team offer support to Coordinators for Compliance, A&R and a point of contact for day to day operations. As Coordinator you will join their network of passionate professionals with the prospect of future career development as they always offer promotions within first.

**Your new role**
As OSHC Coordinator of this 80 place service, you will manage day to day operations with the support of your colleagues and senior managers. You will be given the opportunity to work full time hours over split or non split shifts ensuring suitable work life balance.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A Certificate III / Diploma in OSHC / Children's services or Experience in a leadership role in childcare
- The ability to work full time near Caringbah
- A professional and committed approach to childcare and education
