You will bring to this role a continuous improvement mindset and knowledge of lending (consumer at a minimum, with business or agribusiness lending knowledge or experience highly regarded), end to end lending processes and account opening procedures.

You are the type of person who loves detail and has highly accurate processing skills, good written and verbal communication skills and high-level literacy and numeracy. These along with experience working within tight timeframes and service levels and the ability to prioritise, monitor and organise workflows and work volumes are what bring you success.

As a **Business Support Officer** in our Inbound Quality Support team, you’ll get to:

- Play a key role in the Sales Support function, providing indirect support to our Agribusiness Customers. You will also have the opportunity to learn the business banking processes for those who want to learn and grow.
- Monitor and process Agribusiness Customer Compliance reporting and ‘Champion’ Reporting Dashboards.
- Provide fulfillment activities.
- Have ownership and delivery of the Back Office Service Catalogue within the agreed SLA’s.

This is a permanent part time position. We are open to the part time hours ranging from 0.6FTE to 0.9 FTE, so talk to us about what flexibility looks like to you.

This role can be based anywhere in Australia, provided you have access to one of our corporate offices or regional offices. Hybrid ways of working are core to how we operate today with an expectation of 2 days working from an office and the remainder can be worked from home if this is your preference.
