**About us**
Lumus Imaging, a national leader in diagnostic imaging, is looking for an experienced and innovative **Digital Customer Experience Lead** to champion the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our digital solutions. This role is key to transforming how we engage with referring practitioners and patients, ensuring our platforms are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with future healthcare needs.
**About the Role**
As the **Customer Experience Digital Lead**, you will take full ownership of customer-facing digital products—from initial concept through to development, implementation, and optimisation. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to create best-in-class digital experiences that drive better patient outcomes and improve referrer engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage digital platforms including portals, mobile apps, and referral systems
- Lead the development and enhancement of digital products
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the digital product roadmap
- Leverage customer insights and usage data to optimise digital experiences
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across digital channels
- Ensure seamless integration with clinical and operational systems
- Monitor performance and resolve issues to ensure platform reliability
**About You**
- 5+ years' experience in digital product management, ideally within healthcare or a related industry
- Demonstrated success in managing and evolving digital platforms
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle and agile development practices
- Technically confident, with the ability to collaborate with software and IT teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with a user-first mindset
- Familiarity with healthcare standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and radiology systems is highly desirable
