**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Processing of all incoming/outgoing transactions and bookings
- Receipting of orders into system in a correct and timely manner
- Stock control including participating in stock takes when required.
- Liaising with Dock operational staff to ensure all customer freight requirements are correct.
- Ensuring that all transport documents are correctly completed and compiled.
- Scanning paperwork into the freight system.
- Ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Administration Manager.

**About You**:
**To be successful for this role applicants must**:

- Be reliable with your attendance.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the transport and or warehousing industry.
- Be able to prioritise high volume of work and work in a fast-paced environment to meet service departure times.
- Have excellent time management skills.
- Have a positive attitude with the willingness to learn.
- Be a team player.
