Your new role
With Christmas fast approaching, we are looking for several experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team.
In this role, you will provide support to our complex needs clients with personal care, manual handling and hoisting. You will have a positive and engaging manner and a great ability to build rapport with participants. Experience with manual handling and personal care is essential in this role.
For this role, we are looking for support workers with the following experience:

- Domestic assistance
- 2:1 support
- Personal care
- Manual handling and hoisting

What you will need to succeed
You will need experience as a Disability Support Worker, delivering services to clients with complex physical needs. You will also need to be creative in finding new activities to engage clients and build independence skills.
You are a dedicated support worker with a positive approach and a genuine commitment to assist individuals reaching their goals and living their best life. You also need the following current documents:

- Certificate III or IV in individual support or disability
- Valid NDIS Worker Check
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian drivers licence and your own insured vehicle.
