**The Role**

As our UI/UX Designer, you'll have a direct impact on our app's design, driving user engagement and shaping the digital experience. You will collaborate with a diverse team of designers, developers, and strategists to develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

**Responsibilities**:

- Crafting compelling user interfaces and user experiences
- Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
- Analysing user feedback and activity, iterating to enhance the user experience
- Collaborating with our vibrant, innovative team

**What we’re looking for**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills (Please include examples of your work when applying)
- Familiarity with design software and technologies
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- A growth mindset and the capacity to learn from constructive criticism
- Interest in social enterprise and a passion for making a difference
