Are you a champion international freight forwarder who can help guide our customers through their ongoing international freight requirements?

Your goal will be to coordinate the end to end process of shipments while maintaining accurate data within our purpose built bespoke software and communicating exceptions, including challenges & delays to our customers.

**All the responsibilities we'll trust you with**:

- Coordinating the movement of import shipments while collaborating with overseas partners, service providers & external customs brokers
- LCL & FCL Shipments
- Tracking vessels and liaising with shipping lines and consolidators for arrival notices, outturn reports etc
- Updating clients on inbound shipments
- FCL & LCL cartage co-ordination
- Customer Service Responsibilities
- Liaising with overseas partner offices
- Working with local shipping lines / airlines / consolidators
- Liaising with customs brokers
- Checking & collating import documentation

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- International freight forwarding experience, minimum 2+ years
- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine care factor
- Willing and able to demonstrate initiative
- Ability to problem solve under pressure
- High attention to to detail
- Clear written & oral communication

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
