**About us**

Our client is currently recruiting for a **_Warehouse Floor Manager and Replenishment Manager_** in Brendale.

**About the role**
- Successfully manage multiple areas of the warehouse including dispatch, receiving and picking
- Supporting and facilitating the timely delivery of orders to customers
- Managing the distribution of work in the Picking and Packing Zones
- Providing support to the Warehouse Despatch Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, assign and direct work to the Pickers, Packing, Zone Leaders and Despatch team members
- Review freight truck plans for the day with Warehouse Export and Pick/Pack Supervisor
- Working with the Warehouse Despatch Manager and Warehouse Export and Pick/Pack Supervisor to sort printed pick slips into zone, stapling urgent pick slips and delivering to zone pick trays
- Regular floor supervision including checking zone pick trays to make sure the required orders are being completed, moving trolleys through to packing benches and back to zone parking areas to keep mínimal obstructions in aisles and increase Picker efficiency, moving people between zones to ensure the work is completed for each zone within the time frame required and ensuring print batches are picked as evenly as possible across each zone
- Replenishment management including supporting the Replenishment Team Leaders, overseeing the forklift operators and other replenishment staff in relation to day to day replenishment and management of Replenishment Team leave requests and leave balances
- Check Invoices are correct for work completed and match the quotes, and ensure they are forwarded to Accounts Payable via Expense Manager for payment
- Ensuring safe work practises are adhered to including manual handling, handling pallets and using mobile plant equipment such as Forklifts
- Conduct performance reviews

**To be successful, you will possess the following**:

- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar Management role (previous warehousing experience essential)
- Show a visible drive and determination to achieve results
- Experience using warehousing software program or similar - ASW, Real Time
- Diploma in Leadership and Management (highly regarded but not essential)
- Certificate III in Warehousing and Logistics or relevant industry experience
- Ability to provide support and advise on various operational and distribution related problems and manage relationships with key stakeholders
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build positive rapport quickly with all internal and external stakeholders
