Based in Melbourne, APAC Marketing team's focus is to enable the regional marketing and sales organizations to develop marketing programs that are focused on driving business growth, and in alignment with APAC Strategic Priorities and Business Goals.
As a Segment Campaign Manager, you will work with the team, together deliver impactful integrated marketing campaigns and programs. With your creativity and project management capabilities, you identify messaging that addresses market and customer needs. Design and optimize campaigns and select the right communication channels to continue to increase brand awareness, get a message across and tell our story to the world.
You will work in a diverse team environment with many opportunities to cross collaborate with marketing leaders from digital channels, partner marketing, brand experience, and growth marketing to orchestrate a holistic segment campaign strategy.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Plan, develop and coordinate marketing campaigns to support our regional and local marketing and sales regions.
- Primary contact with HQ and cross-regional stakeholders in segment campaign planning and communication.
- Support the coordination of marketing materials and content development.
- Oversee media execution in non-digital channels to ensure integrated planning and activation
- Work with Marcoms, Events and AEC marketing leads on providing advisory on content marketing for our corporate marketing events such as Sales Kick Off and Partner Summits.
- Create quarterly and annual campaign calendars in consultation with the regional marketing and sales stakeholders.
- Measure and track campaign performance and optimize throughout campaign execution. Analyse performance vs. goals and spend to deliver optimal results.
- Provide regular reports and analysis of campaign KPIs and funnel metrics, programs results, effectiveness, and ROI, and make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Working closely with you Sales team to ascertain market insights and undertake market research
- Manage campaign execution and drive great consumer engagement through organic and paid media platforms to capture and grow customer demand.
**Experience and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in B2B technology industry.
- Solid experience running campaigns on enterprise marketing and sales systems like Pardot and Salesforce.
- Experience working in a global organisation
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Experience working in a technology or events industry will be a bonus point.
- A proactive, self-driven and self-motivated team player.
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
