Sonoma Bakery Bondi are seeking a self motivated, versatile and dynamic manager with keen customer focus. A player experienced in Food & Beverage, living and breathing Hospitality to join the small passionate team dealing out artisan sourdough, food service and speciality coffee.

You are uncompromising on product quality, possess strong service experience, place focus on consistency in everything you do and enjoy a bit of fun with the team and customers.

Role is Full-Time and will be located in Bondi - no where better.

ABOUT:

- Maintain, improve and innovate operations
- Training of team to complete set tasks in a timely fashion
- Ambassador going above and beyond customer service
- Passionate approach to product knowledge
- Management of Payroll and COGS
- Championing Sonoma Standards in Customer Service and Hospitality
- Assisting in all areas of the store
- Ensure all Sonoma processes are followed
- Manage stock and daily ordering
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver the best service
- On-going advice and training of staff in accordance to Sonoma guidelines
- Various growth opportunities

YOU:

- Experience in a similar position
- Experienced in food service
- Experience in slinging speciality coffee
- FSS essential
- Customer focused with clear communication skills
- Team leadership
- Experience in Store Management with financial targets
- Ability to work under pressure
- Hard working & enthusiastic attitude
- Eye for detail and cleanliness

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

- Financial Management in Hospitality: 2 years (required)
