We are looking for a hospitality professional who loves service, slinging great products in a supportive team and can sling beautiful speciality coffee or wants to learn to sling it like we love to.

Strong customer service skills, an eye for detail and a passion for all things bread, pastry and coffee are what we hire.

Shifts will be across weekdays, weekends and public holidays

If you are a gun and need more hours - we can give you additonal shifts in our flagship Rose Bay store as well.

The Gig
- Always give excellent customer service & exceed guest expectations
- Ensure the Sonoma standard is maintained when preparing food & coffee
- Serve customers efficiently & process payments
- Give advice, guidance & recommendations on products & menu selection to customers to ensure a positive experience & repeat business
- Assist in preparation of display counters before, during & at the end of service
- Ensure adequate stock levels, managing orders & stock rotation.
- Managing queues & meeting customer expectations, upsell to maximize profit
- Keep areas tidy & clean
- Work as part of a team and provide backup to other café staff
- Be an ambassador of the brand

- Excellent standards of personal presentation smart appearance and articulate.

- Keen eye for detail & cleanliness

Part-time hours: 18-24 per week

**Salary**: $27.00 - $36.00 per hour
