**About you**:

- Minimum 6 months experience in same position / similar role
- Experience in assisting people with disabilities
- Team player
- A passion working in the health care industry
- Must be able to obtain Working With Children check
- Must be able to obtain NDIS workers screening check

**Position Overview**:

- To look after the physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs of the participants. Ensuring we use a person-centered approach.
- Observe and promote clients choice, independence, dignity, privacy, fulfillment and other rights.
- Maintain good and professional relationships with participants and their family/friends.
- Actively market Just 4 Care Pty Ltd and promote a positive, personal and professional profile
- All carers needs to be anglo-saxon / caucasian background due to this individual's unique viewpoints that are highly affected by his conditions.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and support to participants with a wide range of needs, illnesses and disabilities
- Know and understand the care and support of the participant
- undergo tasks at a person centered approach in the least intrusive way.
- Ensure all daily care needs are met
- accurate data collection and documentation when required

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Australian Drivers License
- Certificate III in Disability Support / equivalent (Desirable)
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- Will need to obtain NDIS workers screening check
- Working with children check

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $32.00 - $58.00 per hour
