**Jenny's ELC The Arch is opening soon, and we are looking for incredible Educators for Room Leader and Leadership roles. We believe in making a positive difference to people's lives and are looking for passionate team members who care about what they do and about making an impact on children and families lives each and every day. We have both full time and part time positions available.**

**About You**:

- A demonstrated passion, energy and enthusiasm for Early Childhood Education.
- A demonstrated ability of being community minded and an understanding of the importance of community involvement within the Educational Program.
- Exceptional communication, relationship building and teamwork skills.
- Solution focused, positive, ‘can do’ attitude.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to not just lead but also inspire and motivate a team.
- An understanding of the Jenny's ELC values.
- Knowledge and expertise of the Early Childhood sector including VEYLDF, National Regulations and Quality Standards.
- Current WWCC, First Aid & CPR or willingness to obtain.
- Current qualification in Early Childhood Education (either Diploma or Degree).
