About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Educator to lead a team of dedicated Educators in our centre. As a Senior Educator, you will take charge of your own room, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to drive teaching practices
- Ensure safety and inclusivity in all learning experiences
- Better pay - at least 5% above award rate
- 50% discount on childcare fees and up to 6 weeks paid parental leave
- Paid professional development and wellbeing days
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current VIC Working with Children Check
