**Childcare Educator (Ballarat Central VIC)**

Finnish Early Childhood Education (Australia) Pty Ltd is an unprecedented education group aiming to deliver Australian children a unique early childhood education by blending both Finnish and Australian early childhood education concepts together. Our curriculum is based on the Finnish education concept of holistic learning and play.

HEI Schools Ballarat Central Early Education Centre is one of the centres under this family, we are a small, family-focused childcare centre looking for talented and motivated diploma qualified Educators to join our service located in Ballarat Central VIC. These roles are immediate positions with a strong induction program about our Finnish Teaching Program.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Having Diploma of or Certificate III in early childhood education and care or equivalent
- Having working experience within the early childhood sector
- Holding core values of building and maintaining strong relationships and partnerships with children, families and colleagues
- Having a mindset of respect and appreciation of a strong team culture of working together
- Having an open mind and belief to embrace new early childhood education concept for better future of children
- Having Approved First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certification
- Having current work with children check
- Full COVID-19 vaccination on or before 29 Nov 2021
- Valid national police check (for being Responsible Person)

**KEY DUTIES**:

- Participate in the implementation of curriculum and education programs
- Provide support and feedback to the room leaders
- Make sure the children room is clean and safe for children and educators
- Utilize education Apps to provide feedback to parents regarding the learning of their children in our centre
