**Role Overview**:
As a Junior Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, driving project success and fostering strong client relationships. You will collaborate closely with our Account Director, designers, and our well-established suppliers to deliver exceptional results.
**Responsibilities**:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients in both the Powersports and Pharmaceutical industries.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of each industry.
- Project Management:
- Coordinate and manage diverse projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Manage project workflow, from initiation to completion.
- Campaign Execution:
- Assist in the development and execution of tailored campaign strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver campaign assets.
- Communication:
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates and reports.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all activities within the pharmaceutical account adhere to relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Account Growth:
- Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to strategic planning.
**Required Skills/Attitudes**:
- Preferably a minimum of 2 years of Account Service experience in an agency setting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to adapt to change and different industries.
