Delta Facilities Management offers maintenance, construction, and project management services to a diverse range of clients, including defence organisations, schools, offshore projects and remote resources industries.

We currently have a rare vacancy for a Cleaning Supervisor at the Pallara School. The successful individual will become an integral member of our operational team, working full time Monday to Friday, including throughout the school holidays.

The Position

The core objective of the Cleaner’s supervisor position is to provide guidance to the cleaning team in all aspects of their role under general supervision by the Facilities Supervisor and to contribute to the efficient and effective operation and environment of the school’s facilities by providing a high level of cleaning and facilities support.

At the completion of training and induction, the cleaning supervisor is capable of leading a team in support of the Facility Supervisor & utilising a range of materials and equipment to clean a range of surfaces in order to restore or maintain facilities and equipment in a clean and hygienic condition.

The Person
- Experience in a similar role - working in a commercial cleaning environment OR Facilities type role
- A great work ethic and ability to learn
- Physically fit, fun and able
- Good communication skills with a flexible approach
- Essential: Must be able to obtain a Blue Card
