Job Title: Cleaning Specialist

**Job Type**: Part-time/Casual

Location: Springfield lakes and Surrounds

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience $30.09 to $54.00 per hourBenefits:
travel allowances, Day shiftResponsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Ensure all surfaces are clean, free of debris, and properly disinfected. Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and responsibly.

Communicate any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.

**Requirements**:

- Current Police Check
- Current Blue Card
- Prior experience in professional cleaning preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and proper use of cleaning equipment.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday 8 till 5pm
