As a Resourcing Specialist (Tech) with our business, you will be partnering with a leading **global financial services client**. Your role is a true partnering and advisory role. Collaborating with your clients to purposefully explore their TA needs and shape their recruiting strategy. As a strategic thinker with a consultative style, you’ll get the opportunity to partner with key Technology hiring managers and stakeholders, create and execute recruitment strategies together, and influence and advocate change. **How you’ll shape the future of talent**:

- Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
- Recruit end-to-end across the tech business with support from sourcing and admin teams
- Add value through the delivery of strategic talent acquisition projects and initiatives
- Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements

**You’ll be someone who can bring**:

- A minimum of 5 years experience is ideal to be successful in this role, and further education in technology, business or HR will be highly regarded
- Proven experience and expertise in recruitment and broader talent acquisition, ideally with a background in Banking and Financial Services experience would also be highly valued
- Ability to effectively engage and manage relationships at all levels
- Prior experience working in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
