Tech Resourcing Specialist

As a Resourcing Specialist (Tech) with our business, you will be partnering with a leading **global financial services client**. Your role is a true partnering and advisory role. Collaborating with your clients to purposefully explore their TA needs and shape their recruiting strategy. You will be supported by a company that values creativity and its people, an organization that will set you up for success and ensure you are empowered to deliver as a trusted expert, adding value and driving outcomes.

As a strategic thinker with a consultative style, you’ll get the opportunity to partner with key Technology hiring managers and stakeholders, create and execute recruitment strategies together, and influence and advocate change. You will have the opportunity to be creative, think innovatively, and be supported to do things differently in smarter and better ways.

**How you’ll shape the future of talent**:

- Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
- Recruit end-to-end across the tech business with support from sourcing and admin teams
- Add value through the delivery of strategic talent acquisition projects and initiatives
- Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements

**You’ll be someone who can bring**:

- A minimum of 5 years experience is ideal to be successful in this role, and further education in technology, business or HR will be highly regarded
- Proven experience and expertise in recruitment and broader talent acquisition, ideally with a background in Banking and Financial Services experience would also be highly valued
- Ability to effectively engage and manage relationships at all levels
- Prior experience working in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
