Job Title: Claims Specialist (End to End Case Officer)

Our client is seeking an experienced Claims Specialist to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis. As a "Floating" Claims Specialist, you will backfill portfolios when others are on leave or assist in portfolios where additional help is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage claims from end to end, including claims lodgement, assessment, decision-making, and payment
- Communicate effectively with internal clients and stakeholders
- Work closely with the Liability & Compliance team and Return to Work team
- General Administration

**Requirements**:

- At least 12 months of experience in claims management
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A desire to learn and develop in the role
- Be available to work in a hybrid work model with in-office days on Mondays and Tuesdays
