**The Role**

As the Program Manager, you will develop program controls systems to enable the monitoring of portfolio performance and control. You will work across numerous capital works projects that are underway, as well as other BAU projects within the business.

Duties will include:

- Defining portfolio performance metrics and assisting with portfolio level analytics
- Ensuring capital governance process
- Managing and enhancing a portfolio and project reporting system
- Managing the day to day reporting of excel models, systems, and providing relevant reports
- Work with stakeholders for budget development, cost management, reporting and schedule development
- Ensure projects resources have defined responsibilities

**The Organisation**

Our client is a large, capital intensive business with a focus on property and infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience in a Program Management and/or PMO role, ideally in property development and infrastructure projects
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to influence
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with change management
