Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering. - 7+ years construction management experience, with project control capability in cost, schedule, or documentation control for large coommercial, mission critical, or industrial projects. - 7+ years of general contractor and vendor management experience (request for proposals, bidding, change orders, quality control, RFI/submittal tracking) associated with construction and project execution. - Experience with managing documents in various types of office software including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
- MBA, or Master's degree, Project and/or portfolio management accreditation, such as PMP, Prince2
- Experience directly related to program delivery / PMO and coordination
- Experience of working with Procore, Power BI, Quicksight, Smartsheet, SQL and dashboard reporting
- Experience working with collaborative management systems.
- Experience using file sharing sites for document posting, uploading, downloading, and manipulation.
- Knowledge of the scope and construction life cycle sequencing of project schedules.
- Able to read and interpret construction specifications and drawings for all disciplines.
