**Salary: $75,000 - $85,000**

**Job Summary**: Bondi Dental is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional treatment and service in our dental clinic and optimise clinic operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our practitioners and support staff maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction, promoting treatment adherence, patient loyalty and referrals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures; update and maintain procedural and communication manuals
- Create scripts and content for customer communications and touch points
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Train and mentor staff on customer service best practices.
- Delegate tasks to optimise daily workflow, efficiency and patient experience.
- Monitor and address patient concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with practitioners and referrers to enhance patient experience.
- Help develop strong Google presence and improve Google reviews standing
- Analyze service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Create and manage clinician’s and support staff’s schedules

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to develop training programs and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, EMR systems
- Familiarity with dental practice operations preferred

- Highly dedicated to improving staff and client experiences
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with full working rights
- Weekend availability

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
