**Start Your Snowy Story**:
Are you ready to be part of a world-class project that’s reshaping Australia’s energy future? Snowy 2.0, the largest renewable energy initiative in the country, is an ambitious expansion of the iconic Snowy Scheme. Focused on providing on-demand power and vast storage capacity, this project is paving the way for a sustainable, low-carbon future.

**The Role**:

- Lead effective program management of HSE initiatives, audit findings, and improvement programs to ensure a proactive and consistent approach across the project.
- Develop and implement smart data analytics and dashboards to identify trends, enhance visibility, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Review and distill investigation reports to uncover root causes, contributing factors, and opportunities for learning and prevention.
- Champion continuous improvement by monitoring corrective and preventive actions and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Work alongside the HSE Systems Manager to evolve systems and incorporate key lessons learned.
- Support operational and strategic HSE reporting, helping the team stay informed and agile.
- Facilitate learning teams and audits that align with the HSE Assurance Program.

**What You'll Bring**:
Demonstrated experience in safety, with experience in civil construction, utilities, or related industries.
