**More about what you’ll do**

As **Marketing Assistant **you** **will be responsible for providing administrative support and will assist in the management of marketing projects from concept to completion, while maintaining our corporate style guide across all mediums including print, electronic, and online.

You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to customer loyalty and retention with the overall goal to deliver effective marketing programs that will help build our reputation and growth.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Monthly marketing reporting
- Implement inbound and outbound strategic marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Ensure effective management of marketing calendars
- Assist in the development and execution of company and sales collateral
- Internal and external stakeholder management to coordinate and manage marketing efforts

**More about you**

The ideal applicant will possess the following:

- BA in marketing, communications, or equivalent
- Proven experience as marketing and communications coordinator or similar role
- Understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing)
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office
- Ability to work independently and be proactive in managing objectives as well as day to day role
- Evidence of working as part of a team and making a contribution towards the objectives of the team
- Well-organised and detail oriented
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets
- Exceptional communication and writing skills with a can do mind set
- Ability to juggle a number of tasks at once
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
